Refund and Exchange Policy

Overview

Our refund and exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be damaged, defective, or the wrong item.

If your item is damaged, defective, or the wrong item, please contact us at info@dead-artists.com so we can quickly resolve your issue. 

 

Refunds

If your refund is approved we will process a credit that will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@dead-artists.com.


Exchanges

If your exchange is approved you will not be required to send back the original item. We will send a replacement free of charge.
